- Activa la vista Selección múltiple, en la esquina superior derecha. Es la sexta opción.
- Filtra el periodo de fecha.
- Selecciona las actuaciones en las que quieres enviar un recordatorio.
- Pulsar en la fecha de al lado del botón de WhatsApp.
- Selecciona la opción Con plantilla.
- Escoge la plantilla a enviar. Dicha plantilla será el cuerpo del mensaje. En el botón Alta puedes crear una nueva plantilla. Además, te recordamos que puedes predefinir por defecto una plantilla para que siempre se envíe esa. Así, sólo tendrás que darle al botón WhatsApp, sin tener que seleccionar todas las veces la plantilla. Para hacerlo sigue esta ruta: Rueda dentada de la agenda en la esquina superior derecha > Configuraciones esenciales > Plantillas predefinidas. Si tienes esta opción activada, tras seleccionar las actuaciones podrás pulsar en WhatsApp y saltarte los pasos 4 y 5.
- Copia el código que se te muestra en pantalla usando la opción Copiar.
- Abre el navegador Google Chrome.
- Dirígete a la opción del plugin de WhatsApp.
- Pega el código copiado.
- Pulsar Enviar ahora y no salgas de la pantallas hasta que finalice el envío.
